Call for Comments: PCC Draft Revised Rules of Procedure – Rule III, Articles III and IV (Consent Order)

The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) invites stakeholders, representatives from the business, legal and academic circles, trade association members, national government agencies and other interested individuals to submit their thoughts and comments on the proposed revision to Rule III, Articles III and IV of PCC’s 2017 Rules of Procedure.

This draft revised rules aims to clarify the coverage of, and streamline the process for Consent Order applications. 

The public may send their comments via e-mail to consentorder_publiccomments@phcc.gov.ph on or before 18 November 2021 with subject title “Comments on the Revised Rules of Procedure on Consent Order” or via mail to Philippine Competition Commission located at 25th Floor Tower 1, Vertis North Corporate Center, North Avenue, Quezon City 1105.
