Pursuant to the mandate of the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC or the Commission) under Republic Act No. 10667 or the Philippine Competition Act, the PCC formulated its Citizen’s Charter in September 2017, updated to its latest edition in March 2021, in view of the PCC’s continuing efforts to streamline and improve its processes and ensure that these are consistent with recent Commission issuances and enhanced service standards.
In compliance with Republic Act No. 11032 (Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and related issuances by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), the PCC Citizen’s Charter has been updated to conform with the guidelines prescribed by the ARTA.
